Notes
When equipped, it will give the player the Beer Goggles buff which turns everyone into female orcs, excluding various Brewfest revelers, shape-shifted druids, 
[Ghost Wolf] shamans, and players with costume effects.
Patch changes
Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Now Cosmetic. 
Hotfix (2007-10-04): We've [...] hotfixed the Brewfest goggles to remove their duration. They are now permanent! The duration timer will continue to show until the next patch, but it will not affect the permanence of the goggles. - Patch 2.2.2 (2007-10-02): Added.
