Patch changes

Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Blaze of Light increases the damage of [Power Word: Solace] in addition to [Smite] and [Penance].
Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15):
- Blaze of Light is no longer a PvP talent. Now a row 9 Discipline talent.
- Blaze of Light increases the damage of your Smite and Penance by 8%/15% and Penance increases or decreases your target's movement speed by 25%/50% for 2 seconds.
Patch 9.2.5 (2022-05-31): Blaze of Light increases damage to Smite and Penance by 30% (was 15%).
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Renamed from Searing Light and has been redesigned – Increases the damage of Smite and Penance by 15%, and Penance increases or decreases your target's movement speed by 40% for 2 seconds.
