Blaithe was an ancient bird of prey and the former consort of Aviana. He lived in a series of huge nests high atop the ridge overlooking the Shrine of Aviana in Mount Hyjal. He had been mad with grief for ten thousand years, and became a shell of his former self, a beast of pure rage. In an attempt to contact Aviana, the druid Choluna had him killed so she could use "something of her past", a feather of her consort, to reach out to her.

Abilities

•  Eye Peck — Reduces chance to hit by 20% for 5 sec.
•  Gut Rip — Reduces an enemy's Stamina for 2 min.
•  Thunderstomp — Shakes the ground with thundering force, doing 2 Nature damage to all enemies within 8 yards.

• Drops  [Ancient Feather] for  [30-35] A Prayer and a Wing.

Notes

• Blaithe is summoned with the  [Enormous Bird Call] at one of the large nests marked as Blaithe's Roost.
• Blaithe uses the same model as Anzu. He may be a dread raven.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2020-02-03): Angerhoof Bull, Anzu, Blaithe, Doe, Greathorn Stag, Irewing, Motorback Ape, and Porkchop are now tamable.
