When you Holy Shock, all targets with Glimmer of Light are damaged for (147.84% of Spell power) or healed for (164.16% of Spell power). Glimmer of Light's total healing and damage is increased by 4% for each target affected, but is split evenly between each target.; ; You may have Glimmer of Light on up to 3 targets.;

This effect can crit.
The application of Glimmer encourages using [Holy Shock] on various different targets, in order to increase the quantity of active applications.
[Illumination] increases the cap of active applications.

Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07):
- Healing and damage is now increased by 4% per target (was 6%).
Damage increased by 10%.
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11):
- Healing increased by 360% and damage increased by 700%.
- Now triggers its healing or damage on its current target at full value if dispelled.
- No longer appears on the personal resource display.
- Moved to row 2 (was row 10).
- Damage reduced by 40% in PvP combat (was 25%).
- Damage will no longer trigger on players who are in breakable crowd control.
