Ariden's Camp is a deserted campsite found just north of the main road passing through Deadwind Pass from Duskwood to the Swamp of Sorrows. Ariden was the leader of the Dark Riders, and this was the camp he set up before being cursed, from which he attempted to sell Medivh's fake artifacts.
In Season of Discovery, a Dalaran Agent of the Violet Eye traveled here to investigate after several powerful artifacts disappeared from the Kirin Tor's vaults in Dalaran.[1] Unable to feel the presence of the Dark Riders of Karazhan in Deadwind Pass, she tasked adventurers to bring her any of the stolen artifacts they found during their travels.[2]

- Though the camp has been present in World of Warcraft since the beginning, the identity of Ariden was not revealed until Legion.
