Patch changes

• Patch 5.1.0 (2012-11-27): The 5-piece set bonus has been redesigned and no longer increases Spell Penetration.
  
• Patch 1.5.0 (2005-06-07): Statistics, effects, and set bonuses updated.
  
• Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07): The Reactive Mana set bonus effect on the Arcanist set had an incorrect tooltip. The proper chance of the effect triggering is 1%, not 100%.
