An Alterac Brew-Hound can be found wandering below the bridge to Dun Baldar in northern Alterac Valley. Right-clicking it used to produce a 
[Mulled Alterac Brandy] in the player's bag (similar to the Alterac Brew-Pup pet), but as of Shadowlands, this no longer appears to work.
