A Dragon's Day Off is a one-off side quest in the Hissing Grotto north of the Obsidian Citadel in the Waking Shores. To begin it, find Vazallia and ask "What are you doing here?" after completing the Wrathion's Gambit storyline ending in  [60-62] Restoring the Faith.
