It can be purchased for 1 
from a Lovely Merchant during Love is in the Air.
Notes
- This does not count as a Battle or Guardian Elixir, and so stacks with elixirs and flasks. It also stacks with scrolls and most other buffs.
- It originally only increased attack power.
