"Swamp Eye" Jarl is a human quest giver located at Swamplight Manor in Dustwallow Marsh. He is a famous, if quite peculiar, cook.
He has an odd taste for furniture, eye juices, and frog legs, of which his friend Mordant Grimsby is extremely worried about. Mordant tried to offer Jarl a gift, who refused it if it wasn't anything eatable, to which Mordant stated that Jarl hasn't been himself lately, living in the middle of a swamp eating weird things. If the player kills a spirit or a risen in the area during a quest given to them by Mordant, the spirit may say that it is too late for Jarl and "its" hold is too strong. The area is haunted by a gargoyle named Zelfrax, which may have something to do with Jarl's obsessive eating habits.
