Zhao-Jin the Bloodletter was the leader of the Shao-Tien mogu invading the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
He was first encountered in the Hall of the Serpent of the Guo-Lai Halls, where he sent Dagou after the adventurers.[1] He later returned to the halls, and in Guo-Lai Vault awakened terracotta warriors.[2] Then in the Hall of the Serpent he wanted to obtain Battle Helm of the Thunder King.[3]
The warmonger had been gathering a large force at the Mogu'shan Palace for some time, plotting to claim the sacred waters and restore the mogu empire. His growing army quickly drew the attention of the Golden Lotus, who sought out sympathetic champions from within both the Horde and the Alliance to help defend the Vale. With the help of the August Celestials, they formed a militia to harry the mogu and thin their numbers. In a surprise attack, he sent hundreds of mogu warriors into the Vale through a secret passageway above the Ruins of Guo-Lai. The invaders made it as far as the steps of the palace before champions caught up to Zhao-Jin and defeated him before he could trespass on the stronghold.[4][5]
