Worgen Sentry are members of the Gilneas Liberation Front who can be found on Fenris Isle, located in Fenris Keep. They were likely placed there to guard Lord Darius Crowley and Ivar Bloodfang while they were speaking with the Fenris Keep leadership. However, they couldn't stop the Forsaken adventurers and the val'kyr Agatha from reaching them and later escaping with important information for Sylvanas Windrunner.

They are located there only during the Silverpine Forest storyline phasing.
