Withered Skulkers are withered located in the Arcing Depths in the Nighthold.

Abilities

• Mournful Howl - Lets out a piercing howl, inflicting 236000 Shadow damage and increasing Shadow damage taken by 50% for 15 sec. This effect stacks.
• Protective Shield - Summons a field of Arcane energy that reduces all damage taken by 80%.
• Withering Volley - Inflicts 150000 Shadow damage to nearby enemies.
