Windcaller Yessendra is a night elf quest giver located just outside the entrance to Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj in Ahn'Qiraj: The Fallen Kingdom. She is a ring crafter and can create special rings from items in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. Before the Cataclysm she was located at Cenarion Hold.
During the Burning Legion's third invasion, she appeared in the Dreamgrove in Val'sharah.
