Patch changes

Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Removed from the Outlaw tree and moved to row 7 in the Subtlety tree (was row 2 in both).
Hotfix (2023-06-05): [Shadowstrike] and [Backstab] damage from Weaponmaster is now 50% effective in PvP combat.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 2 talent for Outlaw and Subtlety (was a level 15 Outlaw and Subtlety talent).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now also available for Outlaw and only affects Shadowstrike and Backstab (was all abilities). Proc chance increased to 15% (was 6%).
Hotfix (2016-11-16): Weaponmaster no longer causes [Goremaw's Bite] to deal excessive damage when it activates.
