- Use: Increases the item level of an Inscription-crafted weapon by 15, up to a maximum of 675.
- Requires Level 91

Required tools:
The recipe is sold for 5 x 
[Secret of Draenor Inscription] from the inscription vendor at Lunarfall / Frostwall (requires Scribe's Quarters building), and Stormshield / Warspear in Ashran.
Patch changes
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Removed. 
Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23):
- Rank consolidation: Now upgrades a rank 1 inscription item to rank 2, a rank 2 item to rank 3, or a rank 3 item to rank 4.
- Reduced amount of War Paints and Sorcerous Water required, down from 150 and 30 respectively.
- Existing items converted to
[Unstable Weapon Crystal].
- Hotfix (2015-02-27): No longer able to incorrectly upgrade
[Shadowtome]. - Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
