Warlord Dar'toon is an orc quest giver found at the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands. He stands studying the map of Outland laid out on the table in front of him with Watch Commander Relthorn Netherwane and Advisor Sevel, two Alliance officers who are neutral to the Horde.
He sent Horde members through the Dark Portal to Outland on the other side to meet Lieutenant General Orion for further instructions.
It's unknown what happened with him when the Ironmarch attacked.
