Warden Alturas is a human located in front of the Violet Hold in Dalaran. He seems to be the man in control of the prison. When the demon hunter champion requested to access the Violet Hold in order to interrogate an eredar, Alturas let them in. He didn't trust the demon hunters, believing them to be the same as other demons.
