In Hearthstone
The Wailing Soul appears as a rare card in the Curse of Naxxramas adventure for Hearthstone. Two copies of the card are rewarded for defeating Thaddius in the Construct Quarter wing. The flavor text reads: "This soul just wails on you. Dang, soul, let up already."
