Vizier Tanotep is a tol'vir quest giver located at the Akhenet Fields in Uldum.
During the Assault in Uldum, he is found back in Ramkahen near King Phaoris. He also appears in the Vision of the Twisting Sands.
Abilities
Mortal Strike — Inflicts 100% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 25% for 5 sec.
Shockwave — Sends a wave of force in front of the warrior, causing damage and knocking down all enemy targets within 10 yards.
