Visectus is a boneguard located at the Bleak Redoubt in Maldraxxus. Led by Summoner Gerard, a group of Spectral Summoners are attempting to summon it.
Members of the Necrolord Covenant can turn in 
[Anima-bound Wraps] via the repeatable quest, 
[60] Specter Of War: Visectus. Once 100 wraps have been turned in, Visectus will begin moving towards the Blackhound Outpost in northern Maldraxxus; players will need to escort the Specter of War to ensure he survives. If Visectus makes it to Blackhand Outpost alive, he will destroy the gate and allow players access to the Blackhound Cache inside.
