Vile Poisons is a Rogue talent located in the 4th tier of the Assassination tree.
Patch changes
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. 
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): No longer increases damage of 
[Envenom] or gives poisons additional chance to be resisted. Now gives your 
[Fan of Knives] ability a chance to apply the poison applied to equipped melee weapons. 
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Reduced to 3 ranks. Now increases damage of poisons and Envenom by 7/14/20% and increases dispel resistance by 10/20/30%. 
Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): Now also increases the damage of Envenom. 
Patch 1.12.0 (2006-08-22): Now increases the damage dealt by your poisons by 4/8/12/16/20% (was 3/6/9/12/15%). Now also gives your poisons an 8/16/24/32/40% chance to resist dispel effects.
