Vile Familiars are imps that are found in and outside the Burning Blade Coven in the Valley of Trials. They are spawns of the Burning Blade, commanded by Yarrog Baneshadow.
Abilities
Fireball — Inflicts Fire damage to an enemy.

[1-10] Vile Familiars.
- They drop
[Vile Familiar Head] for 
[4] Vile Familiars.
Notes
- Although they are called imps for their quests, they use the grell model and are not classified as demons.
