Prior to Dragonflight, Pandaren and allied race characters used [Veteran of the Fourth War] instead.

Patch changes

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25):
- Now grants 10/20% Stamina for all specs (was 30% Stamina for Blood). Rank 2 removed.
- Now a row 4 class talent (was a level 8 ability).
Hotfix (2021-03-26): Veteran of the Third War (Rank 2) now also reduces all damage taken by 10% in non-PvP situations.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 8 (was level 55). Now only provides 30% stamina for Blood Death Knights. A new rank has been added for Blood which grants an additional 30% stamina.
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Veteran of the Third War is now learned by all specs, providing 10% stamina to Frost and Unholy, and 60% to Blood Death Knights. No longer increases armor.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now increases Stamina by 60% (was 50%).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned. Now increases stamina by 50% and armor by 15%.
Old: Increases your haste and multistrike chance by 10%. While in combat, you generate 1 Runic Power per second. Increases your chance to dodge by 2%, and reduces your chance to be parried by 3%. Increases the damage of Death Strike by 100%.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Redesigned. Now increases multistrike chance, and haste by 10% (instead of 9% to Stamina), reduces the chance for attacks to be parried by 3%, increases the damage of [Death Strike] by 100%, and grants 1 Runic Power per second while in combat.
Old: Increases your total Stamina by 9% and your chance to dodge by 2%.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): No longer increases expertise or reduces the cooldown of Outbreak. Now increases chance to dodge by 2%.
Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): Now reduces the cooldown of [Outbreak] by 30 seconds.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now a Blood specialization ability (was a tier 5 Blood talent). Now grants 9% stamina (up from 3%), but no longer increases strength.
Old: Increases your total Strength by 2/4/6%, your Stamina by 1/2/3%, and your expertise by 2/3/6.
Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Stamina bonus reduced to 1/2/3% (was 2/4/6%).
