Veiled Witnesses are humans briefly appearing at Altar of Storms in the Blasted Lands[1] and in Stormwind Keep in Stormwind City.[2] Some are found dead, and their blood is being drained by Caden Shadowgaze into a Blood Orb.
Abilities
Chaos Bolt — Inflicts Shadow damage to an enemy.
Dark Intent — Infuses the target with shadow, increasing spell power by 10% and critical strike chance by 5% for 1 hour.
Immolate — Burns an enemy, then inflicts additional Fire damage every 3 sec. for 12 sec.
Incinerate — Inflicts Fire damage to an enemy.
