Valishj is a naga sea witch located in Slitherblade Shore in Desolace. She is friendly as long as you wear the naga disguise for the quest 
[10-30] Going Deep. She has the habit of calling those under her command "little minnow." She was killed by Lord Hydronis.
Abilities
Frost Armor — Armor increased by 12. Slowing melee attackers' movement and attacks.
Slitherstrike — Strike the enemy with tainted water, dealing Frost damage.- Water Bolt — Hurls a watery bolt at an enemy, inflicting Frost damage.
