The True Forsaken was the name of an organization of Forsaken, who had chosen to remain loyal to Sylvanas Windrunner while she served as Warchief of the Horde during the Burning Legion's third invasion and the Fourth War against the Alliance. At the time of the war, Sylvanas began to suspect that many within the Horde was going against her due to playing a dangerous role in burning Teldrassil, and so she established the True Forsaken by bringing every Forsaken and other undead to join her side and be ready incase if the Horde is willing to betray her.
