Umbrenion was a member of the black dragonflight and one of Neltharion's most trusted scale-crafters, as well as the principle architect of the Obsidian Citadel. When a massive piece of infused fulgurite was discovered in the ruins of a mortal village that had been destroyed by a draconic attack, Neltharion had it sent to Umbrenion to discern if Raszageth was responsible for its creation.
