Umbral Intensity is a Balance druid talent.
Patch changes
Patch 11.0.5 (2024-10-22): Now a 1-point talent that increases the damage of Solar Eclipse Wrath by 20% (was 20/40%), Lunar Eclipse Starfire by 15% (was 15/30%), and the damage Starfire does to nearby enemies by 30% (was 15/30%). - Hotfix (2024-09-03): Now increases the damage of
[Wrath] by 20/40% (was 25/50%) and 
[Starfire] by 15/30% (was 25/50%). - Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): now increases Starfire's damage as well as its area-of-effect damage scaling. Solar Eclipse increases the damage of Wrath by an additional 25/50%. Lunar Eclipse increases the damage of Starfire by 25/50% and the damage it deals to nearby enemies by an additional 15/30%.
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Now increases damage dealt by Wrath by 20% per point (was 10%) and the damage Starfire deals to nearby targets increased by 15% per point (was 10%). - Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Added.
