Twisted Faith (5 ranks) Tier 10 Shadow priest talent Passive Increases your spell power by 4/8/12/16/20% of your total Spirit, and your damage done by your Mind Flay and Mind Blast is increased by 2/4/6/8/10% if your target is afflicted by your Shadow Word: Pain.

Twisted Faith is a talent in the priest Shadow tree, you will need to spend 7 points in Shadow to max it. It increases shadow spell damage and increases spell hit rating depending on spirit.

Patch changes

• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
  
• Hotfix (2010-11-23): Twisted Faith no longer gives a 4% damage increase to Mind Flay when Shadow Word: Pain is active on a target.
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned as a tier 2 talent (was tier 10). Increases your shadow spell damage by 1/2%, and grants you spell hit rating equal to 50/100% of any Spirit gained from items or effects.

  Old: Increases your spell power by 4/8/12/16/20% of your total Spirit, and your damage done by your Mind Flay and Mind Blast is increased by 2/4/6/8/10% if your target is afflicted by your Shadow Word: Pain.
  

• Patch 3.2.2 (2009-09-22): Now grants spell power equal to 4/8/12/16/20% of spirit, up from 2/4/6/8/10%.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
