Turbulent Timeways
Turbulent Timeways is a multiple-week-long version of the Timewalking events that switch to a new expansion each week. It provides better rewards than the usual weekly Timewalking quests by awarding Heroic track gear rather than Champion track gear from the current raid of the season. After the event runs its course, the rewards will return to the original item level.[1]
Completing any timewalking dungeon adds a stack to the [Knowledge of Timeways] buff, adding 5% XP for 2 hours. At four stacks, the knowledge buff turns into
[Mastery of Timeways], granting +30% XP for 3 hours. Earning the Mastery buff for the first time each week is what grants achievement progress. The buffs can be refreshed by completing additional timewalking dungeons.
Event history
June 2025
The fourth iteration began in patch 11.1.7 during the week of 17 June 2025 and will last until the weekly reset on 4 August. [Master of the Turbulent Timeways III] achievement, rewarding the
[Chrono Corsair] mount.
