Kel'Thuzad's Regalia is the tier 9 set for Alliance warlocks. It's associated with the Trial of the Crusader and Trial of the Grand Crusader.
The Horde equivalent is Gul'dan's Regalia.
Sources
There are three versions of each item in this set: "of Conquest," "of Triumph" (normal), and "of Triumph" (heroic). They all count toward the same set bonuses, meaning the items can be mixed and matched.
The three versions originally had different item levels: 232, 245, and 258, respectively. After various stat squishes over the years, all three have the exact same stats.

of Triumph (heroic)
These items are effectively no longer obtainable. They're still sold by Champion Isimode at the Argent Tournament Grounds, but the currency used to buy them had its source removed in patch 4.0.3a.

Appearance set
Kel'Thuzad's Regalia is also an official appearance set in the appearances interface for Alliance warlocks. It includes items that match visually but do not grant set bonuses.
Collecting the entire set will grant the 
[Style of the Crusader] achievement.
