Patch changes

Hotfix (2022-12-14):
Fixed several issues with Totemic Recall:
- Fixed an issue when using the [Creation Core] choice node talent where if you had used the same totem twice in a row after using a different totem, the talent would only reset the cooldown of the totem you most recently used twice in a row.
- Fixed an issue where Mana Spring Totem was improperly being counted as a valid totem to have its cooldown reset.
- Fixed an issue where pressing Totemic Recall when you had not used any valid totem spells at all would put the Totemic Recall ability on cooldown.
