Tortunga is a jungle troll quest giver in the Darkspear Hold in Echo Isles in Durotar. He instructs Darkspear trolls to speak to Jornun to secure a ride to Spitescale Cove to join the battle against the naga. He is then seen at the cove, having defeated three Spitescale Wavethrashers.
During the Fourth War, he was encountered by Alliance champions who infiltrated the troll capital in order to burn Horde ships stationed there.[1]
