The Tormented Spirit is a rare mob banshee found patrolling the northwestern edge of the Agamand Mills in Tirisfal Glades.
She is on a 1 to 2 hour respawn timer. Her and Lost Souls' appearance may be connected.

Wailing Dead — Reduces all the attributes of nearby enemies for 6 sec.
