Torch of Pyrreth.

Torch of Pyrreth is found at ^{[54.6, 20.4]} inside the fireplace of the inn of Life-Binder Conservatory, west of Scalecracker Keep in northeastern Waking Shores during day four of Secrets of Azeroth. Enter the big inn building and head to ^{[54.7, 20.4]} to find the hearth and reset the  [Tricked-Out Thinking Cap]. Then pull three Ancient Levers found at the locations marked in the  [Preservationist's Dispatch]:

To check whether the levers were pulled, copy and paste this command into chat:

After pulling all three levers, return to the hearth. Inside the hearth on the left wall of the fireplace is the torch, which immediately starts the  [60-70] Artifact Secured quest, rewarding the  [Torch of Pyrreth] toy.
