The Tome of Town Portal is a toy that is a cosmetic 
[Hearthstone] variant, acting functionally the same and sharing its cooldown.
During Diablo's 20th Anniversary, it was created by combining a 
[Blank Diabolic Tome] with 10 
[Scroll of Town Portal].
During A Greedy Emissary, it could drop from Treasure Goblins.
