The Tome of Town Portal is a toy that is a cosmetic 
[Hearthstone] variant, acting functionally the same and sharing its cooldown. It can drop from Treasure Goblins during the A Greedy Emissary event.
During Diablo's 20th Anniversary, it was created by combining a 
[Blank Diabolic Tome] with 10 
[Scroll of Town Portal].
It was also provided to those that owned Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred and The War Within before 7 January 2025. It was delivered by 13 January 2025.[1]
