Tolyria is a blood elf blacksmith found in the Forge of Fate of Dalaran. Tolyria is one of the shopkeepers that did not side with the Silver Covenant, during the purge of Dalaran, and because of this her death was ordered by Vereesa Windrunner.
Abilities
Crush Armor — 'Instant. Melee Range. Reduces an enemy's armor by 10% for 20 sec. Effect stacks up to 5 times.
Skull Crack — Next Melee. Melee Range. Inflicts weapon damage plus additional damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.
