Objectives
Speak to Kadrak at Mor'shan Ramparts and accompany him to Splintertree Post.

You're coming with me, <name>.
There's no one else that I can spare, and we cannot afford for Splintertree to be lost.
Prepare yourself, and speak to me again when you are ready.

Splintertree would have certainly fallen if we hadn't come when we did.
Now we must get to work shoring up her defenses.

Notes
- Speaking with Kadrak
- Brutusk is out watering the bushes right now.
- Stay close though, <name>. He should be ready for our ride to Splintertree very soon.
I will check back with you shortly, Kadrak.- This seems urgent, Kadrak. There must be another way!
- Kadrak says: Very well, <name>. I'll meet you there.
- The adventurer mounts a Wind Rider and rides to Splintertree.
- I am ready to accompany you to Splintertree, Kadrak!
- Kadrak says: Now... witness the power of a war kodo in the hands of a master!
- Kadrak and the adventurer mount Brutusk.
- Kadrak says: To Splintertree!
Passing Nightsong Woods, there are more elves than usual - Ashenvale Bowmen and Ashenvale Assailants, reinforced with Raging Ancients.
- Kadrak says: Make 'em pay, Brutusk!
- Brutusk shoots lightning bolts at the elves. Kadrak laughs.
- Teach them the meaning of blood and thunder!
- Deep in the woods, Brutusk stomps on a squad of elves.
- Kadrak yells: Lok'tar Ogar!!
- They continue through the Dor'Danil Barrow Den.
- Kadrak says: Not far now...
- Near Splintertree, Brutusk once again jumps and stomps on the attackers.
- Kadrak says: Splintertree...
- Kadrak says: We must break the siege!
- Kadrak yells: For the Horde!!
- Below, just in front of the closed gate to Splintertree, Brutusk and Kadrak observe the battlefield.
- Kadrak yells: Open the gates brothers! Let us welcome our visitors in true Horde fashion!
- The gate opens and Splintertree Guards pour from it to the battlefield.
- Splintertree Guard yells: Blood and Thunder!
- Splintertree Guard yells: For the Horde!!
- The guards attack a group of Ashenvale Skirmishers.
- Kadrak yells: Drive them back to Darnassus!
- Brutusk attacks another group of elves with lightning bolts, killing them. At the same time, a Raging Ancient throws a boulder on Brutusk, killing him. The adventurer and Kadrak are ejected from the beast.
- Kadrak yells: Brutusk... NOOOOOO!!
- Kadrak throws his axe at the Raging Ancient, killing it.
- Kadrak says: The siege is broken... for now. Follow me to Splintertree.

Trivia
- In Cataclysm, the quest awarded reputation to the Warsong Offensive.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2016-08-01): Brutusk should no longer stop before completing his path. 
Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): New dialogue option added to Kadrak to work around phasing bugs with this quest. Now mounted on a Wind Rider. 
Hotfix (2010-11-24): Players should no longer get stuck in a phased state when attempting to complete the quest. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Added.
