Tipsi Wobblerune is a gnome mage who appears outside the Legerdemain Lounge and A Hero's Welcome in the Broken Isles version of Dalaran during the Kirin Tor Tavern Crawl. To start the Tavern Crawl, Alliance players have to talk to her in Dalaran. Her image subsequently appears in each tavern that the player visits in order to teleport them to the next tavern.
Her Horde counterpart is Anebria Sunwine.
