Timestream Anomalies are soul eaters located in the Dawn of the Infinite.

Abilities

Bloom — Bites a target, reducing their life essence by 82396 Arcane damage. Any damage done by this effect is additionally applied over 8 sec to the target and another ally.
Time-Displacement — The Timeways thrash about under Murozond's presence, corrupting the health of these denizens to 40% of total. Upon death they explode for 8240 Arcane damage to all players, cleansing Twisted Timeways nearby.
Untwist — Unleashes time energy in the direction of a targeted player, inflicting 164793 Arcane damage to players in a frontal cone. This magic additionally launches time missiles inflicting 82397 Arcane damage to players within 4 yards of each point of impact.
