Timber is a crafting reagent obtained through the Lumber Mill garrison building.

While the Lumber Mill is active, the player can interact with special trees in Draenor marked as Timber, Medium Timber and Large Timber, causing an NPC to appear and harvest the tree. Once complete, the NPC will award the player with a small amount of Timber.

Uses

• It can be turned in at the Lumber Mill as resource for work orders there, receiving [Garrison Resources] in exchange.
• Can also be used to purchase:
  •  [Spring-loaded Spike Trap] for 50
  •  [Everbloom Seed Pouch] for 250

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2015-01-05): Players can now accrue as much Timber as they want.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
