Objectives

Speak to Jaluu the Generous, Mokimo the Strong, Madam Vee Luo, and Elder Liao in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

Description

The mogu assassin attacked with no warning.

His blade was intended for the leader of the Golden Lotus. It is very lucky indeed that we were here to stop the attack.

Seeing this attempt on Zhi's life, I fear for the safety of those who have already entered the valley.

The caretakers are settling your people into the city to the northeast. Go and speak to the leaders. Make sure they are safe.

Rewards

You will receive:

Progress

Did you find the other caretakers?

Completion

Good work, <name>. The city should be safe for now.

Notes

Head east into the Summer Fields. The Emperor's Burden - Part 8 is on the edge of the lake. Interact with it to complete one of the objectives of the Pandaria exploration achievement  [The Seven Burdens of Shaohao].

Take the north fork and follow the path to reach the Shrine of Two Moons.

Elder Liao can be found on the lower level of the shrine's outside area, the Golden Stair.

Mokimo the Strong is up the stairs on the upper level, not far from the flight master. He has dialogue specific to this quest:

Gossip How are the refugees settling in?
Mokimo the Strong says: Many have come from all corners of the land to see the gates opened at last. Indeed, many of your people have already found their way inside. Seek your own solace and refuge within.

Madam Vee Luo is in the inn inside the shrine proper.

Jaluu the Generous stands in the central ring of the entrance to Mogu'shan Palace. To reach him, head along the path east from the Shrine of Two Moons and enter Mogu'shan Palace, get to the center near the instance portal, then head southeast down the great staircase. Jaluu has dialogue specific to this quest:

Gossip People have come to the Vale to seek refuge.
Jaluu the Generous says: Refugees? I must prepare the city immediately!

As soon as Jaluu's objective is completed, two level 87 Shao-Tien Assassins drop out of stealth and attack. Finish them off, then head back to the Golden Pagoda to turn in. No immediate followups are offered at the pagoda to players below level 90, so head back to the shrine. There, a member of the Shado-Pan offers H [30-35] The Klaxxi.
