Objectives
Enter the Maw with Kleia, then meet her outside Perdition Hold.

- Travel to the Maw
- Meet with Kleia outside Perdition Hold.
Description
Lysonia flees to the Maw to enact her dark rituals. As the Maw Walker, you are the only one who can pursue her.
Take Kleia and my blade. She must be stopped.

Notes
On accept:
- Kleia says: I will take Compassion with me and meet you in Oribos. I must prepare myself. This is not a journey most kyrian will ever make...
As ever and always, no quest shortcuts here, so get to Oribos, head upstairs to the Ring of Transference, then check in with Kleia before jumping off:
- I never believed that fate would bring me here, yet here we stand.
- So... how do we get to the Maw?
We jump.- Kleia says: We just... jump in? Into the well of souls being carried to their eternal damnation, with little hope of freedom and redemption?
- Kleia says: Well, I guess I have my wings to save me if something goes wrong. I trust you.
Follow Kleia down the path. On the other side, in Cocyrus:
- Kleia says: I have tracked Lysonia to beyond these gates. My initial scouting was... worrisome.
Welp. Hopefully Ve'nari isn't too upset at the Maw Walker for breaking rule #0...
Head southwest, south of Zovaal's Cauldron, then take a left and head south to the Face of Oblivion and Perdition Hold.
Turn in and Ve'nari will chime in with a warning (won't trigger if the Maw progression is advanced):
- Enemies within Perdition Hold sense your [Exposed Anima]!
- Ve'nari says: The scent of anima betrays your presence inside Perdition Hold, mortal. Turn back!
Exposed Anima patterns reveal the player's vulnerabilities, increasing damage taken by 200% while in Perdition Hold. However, Kleia is in the party and Compassion is still tagging along, helping out with DPS.
Kleia also has some unique gossip text before starting the next quests:
- This place sends a shiver down my spine. My skin is prickling, constantly on edge. My body wants to flinch at every otherworldly sound.
- I am resolute. I am an Ascended of Bastion. It is my duty to seek out those who pose a threat not only to our ways, but the Shadowlands as a whole.
- Kleia says: Ve'nari saw a forsworn flying to Perdition Hold. It must be Lysonia! I will take wing and meet you there.
