The Box can be looted from the Artisan's Chest in the cavern beneath Moonshrine Sanctum in Blackfathom Deeps. The  [Shifting Scale Talisman] is required to enter the area without dying.

It can only be destroyed with the Shard of Pure Light at ^[87, 72] near Ravenholdt Manor in the Alterac Mountains, which will give a  [Shard of the Void] and cause a Shadowy Figure to appear.
