Objectives

Place the Relic Bundle at the Darrowshire town square.

Prevent Davil Lightfire's death until the death of Horgus.

Prevent Captain Redpath's death until Redpath the Corrupted appears.

Defeat Redpath the Corrupted.

Speak with the spirit of Joseph Redpath when he appears at the town square.

Description

Now, <name>, you will take part in battle of Darrowshire, and you will save Joseph Redpath.

Place this relic bundle in the Darrowshire town square, and the spirits of Darrowshire will rise. Join their battle and assure that these two things come to pass: Davil must survive beyond the death of Horgus, and Redpath must survive to be corrupted, then defeated.

After defeating the corrupted Redpath, his spirit will be saved. Speak with him, then return to his daughter Pamela.

Darrowshire Defender yells: Darrowshire, to arms! The Scourge approach!

Davil Lightfire yells: Do not lose hope, Darrowshire! We will not fall!

Protect Davil Lightfire!

Horgus the Ravager yells: The Light burns bright in you, Davil. I will enjoy snuffing it out!

Horgus the Ravager has appeared! Kill him quickly!

Darrowshire Defender yells: Horgus is slain! Take heart, defenders of Darrowshire!

Captain Redpath yells: Defenders of Darrowshire! Rally! We must prevail!

Captain Redpath has appeared on the battlefield! Protect him!

Marduk the Black says: Redpath! Your life ends, here and now!

Captain Joseph Redpath has been corrupted! Kill him quickly!

Redpath the Corrupted yells: Darrowshire! You are doomed!

Speak with Joseph Redpath in the center of Darrowshire.

Darrowshire Defender yells: The Scourge are defeated! Darrowshire is saved!

Davil and Joseph have gossip:

The battle is over, and the people of Darrowshire are saved.

They are saved, <name>, because of you. You are truly a hero of Darrowshire.

Joseph Redpath

A darkness had fallen over my eyes, but you tore me from my unholy reverie. You saved me, <name>.

And now I beg you... to forgive me.

Upon completing the quest:

Joseph Redpath comes to Pamela.

Joseph Redpath says: Pamela? Are you there, honey?

Pamela Redpath says: Daddy!

Pamela Redpath says: Daddy! You're back!

Pamela Redpath says: Let's go play! No, tell me a story, Daddy! No... let's go pick flowers! And play tea time! I found my dollie, did I tell you?

Joseph Redpath says: Hahah!

Pamela Redpath says: I missed you so much, Daddy!

Joseph Redpath says: I missed you too, honey. And I'm finally home...
