Taragaman the Hungerer is a felguard once found in Ragefire Chasm.
General
Thought to be the leader of the Searing Blade, he hides within the fiery depths of Ragefire Chasm, using his demonic influence to corrupt the citizens of Orgrimmar. In reality, the leaders of the Searing Blade are Bazzalan and Jergosh, this felguard is expendable bait to lure young Horde adventurers in to their death.
Abilities
Uppercut — Inflicts normal damage plus 50 to an enemy, knocking it back.
Fire Nova — Inflicts Fire damage to nearby enemies.
Combat Info
As all the other bosses, Taragaman the Hungerer has also been buffed with Patch 4.0.3a. He now has 8,800 HP and hits like a truck against low-level players. If you don't have heirlooms or really good equipment, be prepared to take ~100 damage per hit, with over 200 if he crits you. His Uppercut also deals over 100 damage. If you are unlucky and your tank doesn't have much life (a druid tank can have as little as 350 HP at level 15 when he can enter the dungeon via the dungeon finder), Taragaman can crit the tank and then use Uppercut, literally two-shotting him.
The tank should tank Taragaman in the middle of the platform, so that he won't be knocked into the lava with Uppercut. Make sure that all patrolling Searing Blade Cultists are dead before engaging the boss. Besides his high melee damage output he also casts Fire Nova from time to time, but it doesn't deal that much damage. However, if your healer has problems with the healing, you should try to avoid his Fire Nova by running away from the boss.
Objective of
