Talvas is a high elf head groom, serving the Windrunners at Windrunner Spire before the Second War. He took care of their quel'dorei steeds. When Lireesa and Verath Windrunner were killed, Parley survived and quickly galloped home. Talvas immediately tended to it using woundwood, with Nathanos Marris following Talvas and briefly speaking with him.

His fate afterward is unknown.
