How to see the even involving her?

it is random and not part of any quest. it is just a fragment of lore and history in an "event" instead of mere text. User:Taurmindo/sig 11:32, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

I see it as being an allusion to a new instance, sort of BWL-esque where she may be a sub boss, and Deathwing as being the final boss. --Rb4havoc 12:09, 04 June 2007 (UTC)

A Contradiction?

Not sure if we should write she was killed in Night of the Dragon cause the novel takes place before Vanilla:wow and she appears in the BC Outlands

NotD happens after the events of TBC. If you are refering to the interview where Knaak stated it happened 5-6 years after DotD its clear he changed his mind. NotD happens after patch 2.4 even, the events that transpired in Sunwell Plateau with Mu'ru, Kil'jaeden, and Velen are touched upon. So the article should tell everything we know about Sinestra from begining to end and meantion she can be seen in WoW. The fact is that her appearance in WoW is no longer current, much like everything else.Warthok Talk Contribs 07:55, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

Even more contradiction: Book-Sinestra/Sintharia claims independence from Deathwing, so who is this "master" she speaks about in Shadowmoon? Also, she appears as a perfectly healthy elf in-game, while she is supposed to be half-burnt (think Hel). I'm with Morec here. Saying "I come with order from your former master" sounds better then "I split from my husband, who is your beloved former master, and now you have to obey me". As the twilight eggs show up again in the Obsidian Sanctum, she might've done that to the whole Black Dragonflight, and Neltharion is somewhere unknown, still licking his wounds, figuratively speaking, from DotD. Cataclysm VS Books?

So MMO-Champion just posted models from the beta of a new, updated, Lady Sinestra model. The model looks rather beaten up, though certainly not undead, so it's possible she survived the encounter with Dargonax (Either that or they retcon'd it). I'm not updating the main page with any information just yet, as there wasn't any other information released with it (Other than the speculation that she'd come from a hole seen the Bastion of Twilight). Does anyone else happen to have any information, to accurately update the page? I'd rather not update with speculation at this point. - Greymore 1:32, July 5 2010

If you try to add the information gained from the datamined picture, it will be deleted. End of. Believe me, I had a little battle with Coobra trying to add the info (NOT the picture) for the Nefarian and Onyxia pages, as well as Sintharia's. Sinestra vs. Sintharia

So how does everyone feel about what name this article should be listed under. Sintharia is her original name and the one by which she was most commonly known to the denziens of Azeroth but from an out of universe perspective Sinestra is more commonly used (And will soon grow more popular both in-universe and out-of-universe though i know any changes made because of...developements...are still premature). On one hand Sintharia was used because Sinestra was a self given nickname...but at one point the balance shifts much like Neltharion's article is under Deathwing. Thoughts? Right now, I'm sticking with Sintharia because that's her actual name. Lady Sinestra is the name of her elven disguise, just like Kalecgos/Kalec, Korialstrasz/Krasus, Vaelastrasz/Vaelen, and Nefarian/Lord Victor Nefarius. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 19:43, July 5, 2010 (UTC)

In Night of the Dragon she seems insistant on Sinestra sans the Lady part and regardless of her human guise. So i don't think it's accurate to say it's only the name of her guise though I ultimetly agree because at the time i don't think Sinestra really "caught on" if you get what I mean.Warthok Talk Contribs 19:50, July 5, 2010 (UTC)

Undead, Alive, Reanimated?

Simply put, I was pondering what her status should be listed as. I'm leaning toward Undead, as she is reanimated, or maybe others would rather put Reanimated instead? Considering she is the first undead dragon known to be created by an Old God and not the Lich King, she wouldn't look like a frostwyrm or emberwyrm.
