Lol, are you sure that Slouken didn't just make a typo and intend to put 2.3.2 for this change? Kidburla 12:42, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, it's possible. Even if 2.3.3 did exist, it's quite likely it will have been rolled into 2.3.2 by now. We'll have to wait and see. Kirkburn  talk  contr 15:55, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
Okay, so do we know if this patch is going ahead? Certainly the main page says that the "next patch" is 2.4.0 and that is currently in development. I wonder if anyone can verify that the single change mentioned in the article WAS put into 2.3.2? If so, we should really delete this page. If not, we should update the "next" box on the Main Page to reflect that the next patch is 2.3.3. Kidburla 02:46, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
There hasn't been any news one way or the other. The instant something gets put on the PTR we'll know for sure. For all we know, Slouken may have typoed in the thread I used as justification for creating this page. --k_d3 02:50, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Just asked on the #wowace channel ... apparently the bug is alive and kicking. Kirkburn  talk  contr 03:11, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
I suggest Raid. =D User:CoobraSssssssssssssssssssssssss User:CoobraFor Pony! {TDon't hiss at me.CIf you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.) 04:46, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Well if the bug is alive then I think we can safely assume that 2.3.3 does exist. Therefore, the Main Page should be updated so it now says "current 2.3.2 next 2.3.3" (obviously can't do this myself as not an admin!). I just think that at the moment, it is inconsistent, because on the page for 2.3.2, it says "next 2.3.3" but on the Main Page it says "next 2.4.0" so we should make them the same, whichever one we choose. Incidentally, I notice the development version at WoWWiki:Main_Page_Dev has been updated - great, but we need to sync the Main Page now. (By the way, Coobra you are hilarious). Lol, I really should have re-read the article before posting this. Well, that confirms that 2.3.3 DEFINITELY does exist (they have posted the patch notes [1]). No mention of the XML file though. Kidburla 15:58, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Vindication! --k_d3 17:22, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
